The table below provides information for all of the nearby accommodations. We recommend staying at the UCLA Guest House, which is on the UCLA campus and less than a 5 minute walk from the meeting venue. The option to book a single or shared room at the UCLA Guesthouse will be available during the conference registration process, as we have reserved a limited number of rooms. Guests are advised to book early as hotels are expected to fill up well in advance. The meeting runs two full days on February 4th and 5th with an optional excursion on the 6th. For those flying in for the meeting, we recommend booking a hotel room from February 3rd through February 6th.
